Taylor Street heads up the Hill from St. Ann's Street and Taylor Street is one of the Side Streets and it is just off Victoria Road in Whitney Pier and MacLeod Street heads from Taylor Street on to Broadway in Whintey Pier and the Other Side Streets is Connaught Street and Dominion Street these are the Side Streets Leaves Victoria Road on to St. Ann's Street in Whitney Pier and it is close to Shore Road and the Sydney Harbor and Dominion Street Leads to the Coal Piers and The Former Seaman's Home is the Big White House on Dominion Street and the Soccer Field is also on Dominion Street and it has been there for a while now and Taylor Street has been in Whitney Pier for a long time now and there are still lots of snow on the ground from the Series of Snowstorms and a Major Nor'easter Blizzard has hit Sydney Nova Scotia During the Month of February 9, 2013.
Just off Victoria Road in Whitney Pier and there is lots of Snow on the Ground and it came from the Major Snowstorms in February 2013 and it used to be a Tennis Court just off Victoria Road and the St. Alban's Avenue and People used to play tennis there many years ago and the Tennis Court does not exist anymore and it is now long grass and trees and they have built some new houses on St. Alban's Ave and it is Close to Bison Drive in Whitney Pier.
Neville Park is Still covered with snow from the Series of Major Snowstorms that Hit Sydney Nova Scotia During the Month of February 2013 and the snowbanks is still very big in early March and no Soccer Games yet and the Soccer Season will soon be starting at the Neville Park during the Spring time and once the Snow is Gone and snow is starting to melt a little bit now and the Spring is Coming soon enough.
Walking Track is Soggy and Full of Mud from the Series of Snow and Freezing and Rainstorms that hit Sydney Area down at the Neville Park during the Winter Time and Not Too Many People walking down the Track because it is too Muddy and Wet this time in the Year Especially in the Spring when we get a lot of Rain in Sydney Area and pretty soon the Walking Track will be drying up during the Spring of the Year and a lot of snow is down in the Playgrounds in the Neville Park during the Winter Time from the Series of Blizzards and Snowstorms like a Nor'easter and a Alberta Clipper along with other Winter Storms too.
Whitney Pier Baseball Field is Covered with Snow from the Series of Snowstorms and Blizzard during the Month of February and No Baseball going on during the winter and Baseball at the Whitney Pier Baseball Field and no body is there during the winter months and the Baseball Season does not start again until the Month of June and it finishes in the Month of September and when the Ground Drys up the Baseball Season Starts again in the Month of June and during the 1960s there were more than one Baseball Fields at the Neville Park and it used to have lots of Baseball Tournaments during the 1960s now it is just one Baseball Field during today and back then there were more than one Baseball Fields.
That Building is Abandoned now and it used to be Rudderham ltd on Victoria Road during the 1960s and later on in the Summer of the year 2006 it had a Flea Market there and Recycling Place is by the Former Rudderham ltd and this building has been there for a long time now.
Overpass has Been built in the year 1965 and it used to be the Underpass which it is flooded out during the Heavy Rains and Overpass Connects from Whitney Pier to the Rest of Sydney Nova Scotia and since the Steel Plant closed its doors in the Year 2001 they had a lot of Clean up to do and where the Steel Plant used to be it is now a Tennis Court and a Basketball Court and a Soccer Field and a Walking track where people play basketball and tennis down at the New Field and during the 1960s it was a Sydney Steel Company a lot of People worked at the Steel Plant back then and a lot of People go out west now after the Steel Plant Closed its doors in the Year 2001 and there are very few buildings left what is left of the Sydney Steel Plant these buildings used for the Harborside Industrial park and Protocase is there now.
It used to be the Cook Ovens during the 1980s and it is not there anymore and they have already cleaned up the Cook Ovens and a lot of People died worked in the Cook Ovens during the 1960s and it is going to be the Park and it will be open soon enough and they have already cleaned up the Cook Ovens and it is not there anymore.
Prince Street is a Very busy Street and it is wide now and during the 1990s it was Not Very Wide and a lot of Cars driving up and down the Prince Street in Sydney Nova Scotia coming from Welton Street from the Highway 125 all the way to Downtown Sydney and Prince Street has 4 lanes of Through Traffic and it is very busy that is Up By the Kiwanis Pool and the Former Sydney Shopping Center Mall and the Heather Bowling Lanes Closed its Doors in the end of the June 2010 and the Heather Bowling Lanes down at the Sydney Shopping Center was the Only Bowling Ally in Sydney Nova Scotia and it does not Exist Anymore.
Charlotte Street in Downtown Sydney has been there for many years and during the early 1900s it had horses and Cable Cars down on Charlotte Streets that is before the Transit Bus even been on the road yet and Today it has lots of Business and Offices on Charlotte Street and it is a Very Busy Side Street in Sydney and lots of Cars drive and it is a one way street in sydney especially the Cruise Ships Come in during the Summer Months and it is even more busy during the Hot Weather a lot of people and tourists come there to shop during the summer time coming from the Big Fiddle when the Cruise Ship Comes in.
A lot of snow is still on the Ground from the Series of Snowstorms and Blizzard during the February 2013 and it is still snow Covered and the Spring will be here soon and there are few buildings left from the Former Sydney Steel Plant and they have fixed the Brook during the Clean Up and it looks a lot nicer now and back in the 1999 it was very different back then before the Steel Plant closed its doors in the year 2001 and the Snow will be gone soon and the Spring will be here in April and the Overpass will be Torn down Soon Enough and that Overpass was built in the year 1965.
Sydney Boardwalk is still Covered with snow during the Early March that came from the Series of Snowstorms during the Month of February and it is still very deep and it is starting to melt now and the snow is not fresh anymore and the Spring is Just Around the Corner and No Body is walking up and down the Boardwalk during the Winter Time and the Boardwalk is Full of snow in Early March and the Weather is getting a little bit warmer now and the Winter is Almost Over and It is getting a little bit better now.
Here is another View of the Sydney Boardwalk and the Snow Banks is pretty big and it blocked its Path to the Boardwalk from the Snowstorms we had during the Month of February and no body at the Sydney Boardwalk at this time and the weather is very bad during the Winter Months when the Major Blizzards and Snowstorms happen during the January and February then the Sydney Boardwalk is Covered with snow from 43cm of snow that hit Sydney Nova Scotia on February 9, 2013.
Big Fiddle during the Early March and no Cruise Ships yet and it will not happen until the late Spring and Summer Months and the Most of the Cruise Ships Arrives in the Month of September and the Month of October that is the Busiest time of the Cruise Ships to Arrive in the Summer time and Early Fall and a lot of Tourists get off the Cruise Ship in the Early Morning and they visit the Museums and Cosset House during the Daytime and in the Evening the Cruise Ship Leaves around 5 PM just before evening and the Tourists visit the Sydney Marine Terminal aka the Government Wharf that is in the North End of Sydney Nova Scotia.
Another View of Charlotte Street and it is a Very busy Side Street it comes from the North End of Sydney and it goes all the way to Wentworth Park Especially during the Cruise Ship Season when the all the Tourists visit Sydney Nova Scotia in the Summer Time they go Shopping at the Stores on Charlotte Street. In the Winter Time Charlotte Street is still Pretty Busy and Not too Many People go Traveling during the Winter Time.
Former Sydney Train Station is now the Abandoned Building and A lot of People used to go Traveling by the Train back in the 1960s and 1970s and it used to be very busy until it closed its doors and this Building is now Boarded up and it that train Station used to be Busy when people used to go Traveling from Sydney to the Rest of Canada back in the Old Days and it is not there anymore and this building has been standing there for many years.
Sydney Yacht Club is not there anymore and what is left of the Yacht Club and it is out in the East Bay Now and at the Former Yacht Club lots of people used to go on a Ride on the Boat and it is not there anymore and they have moved the Yacht Club to East Bay.
Cape Breton Street used to be the Private Road only for the Steel Workers and that street has been there for many years and now the Road it is used for the Public and anyone can go on that road and this road will be fixed soon enough.
